• Perform as on-air host/talent for and various television digital and social video elements
• Act as on-air interviewer covering various 1Starr- related and non-related subject matters

• Cooperate with Producer on developing concepts and content
• Utilize social accounts to build personal brand associated with 1Starr Enterprises

Qualifications:

• Experience as an on-air talent for television, social or digital 
• Experience as an on-air interviewer.
• Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking
• Proven track record of conducting oneself in a professional and respectable manner on and off air
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge about current and past 1Starr TV shows, products, talent, and storylines a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge and experience with various social platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat  

 Prior acting experience is preferred but not required.

The dancer’s responsibilities include showing up on time for rehearsals, performances, and costume fittings, taking instruction from the choreographer or director, practicing routines, and keeping fit through regular exercise and proper diet. You should improve your skills and experience through ongoing training and regular auditions. 

Responsibilities:    

• Keeping fit and strong through regular exercise, proper diet, and enough sleep.
• Showing up on time and preparing well for auditions, rehearsals, photoshoots, promotional events, as well as shows.
• Following the instructions of the choreographer and practicing required dance routines.
• Singing, acting, and performing other related duties if required.
• Conducting research on different dance styles and techniques.
• Understanding personal limitations and abilities and communicating these to the choreographer.
• Collaborating with other dancers and instructors to modify steps, routines, and formations.
• Maintaining good relationships with fellow team members, the instructor, and senior staff.
• Working long hours to perfect routines and being available before and after shows for meet-and-greets and photo opportunities.
• Attending events to expand skillset and network with others.

Requirements:

•  PROMPT and PROFESSIONAL - Must be able to get projects done in a timely matter and also must be able to follow directions.  
• EXCELLENT MICROPHONE - Professional microphone . No background noises whatsoever please.
